Ryan Debroux and the Playin With Fire Kenworth

Charlestown, Indiana (October 24, 2018) – The MAC Trailers Hot Rod Semi class was a battle between two competitors for 2018 with Ryan Debroux and the Playin’ With Fire Kenworth and the duo of Chris Wood and Joe Hoffa wheeling the past champion truck Class Act Peterbilt across the Champions Tour trail for 2018. On the strength of five wins over the course of the season Debroux clinched the title at the final pull of the season in Indiana, Pennsylvania with a win there, placing a four-point cushion in the final point total between him and Wood/Hoffa.

Roy Metz Git R Done

Charlestown, Indiana (October 23, 2018) – A relative newcomer to the Champions Tour will have the spotlight shone upon them in Louisville, Kentucky at the Louisville Marriott Downtown on October 27th, when New York’s Roy Metz and the Git-R-Done Deere are awarded the top prize in ARP Lightweight Super Stock division for 2018.

Cody Hastings Against the Grain

Charlestown, Indiana (October 23, 2018) – In a season full of close battles for class championships there were none closer than the battle in the ARP Super Stock Diesel Truck division. Going into the final session of competition at Jefferson, Ohio Cody Hastings and the Against the Grain Dodge and defending champion Kent Crowder were tied for the lead in the class. The competition would declare a clear winner, and by virtue of placing five spots ahead of Crowder in Jefferson, Hastings claimed his first class points championship.

Buckeye Special

Charlestown, Indiana (October 22, 2018) – After a brief period as a member of the Ag Protect 1 Silver Series group of outstanding classes, the Mini Rod class made the leap to the Champions Tour for 2018 with 15 sessions of competition across the season. Putting the final winning touch on the championship in Wheatland, Missouri at the Pro Pulling Nationals was Ohio’s Richard Peters and his outstanding Buckeye Special machine.

Lucas Oil Green Streak Unlimited

Charlestown, Indiana (October 22, 2018) – In the annals of pulling history there are teams who have separated themselves in dominating fashion from the remainder of the pack. For 2018 in the E3 Spark Plugs Super Modified Tractor division the formidable pair of Lucas Oil Green Streak machines piloted by Greg and Steve Boyd were firmly on top of the class by season’s end offering a distinct level of dominance over their class peers.
