Brownstown, Indiana (August 6, 2015) – The Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League heads into August in overdrive, as the Champions Tour headlines the 9th annual Rossville Truck and Tractor Pull on Friday, August 7 before taking part in the legendary Indy Super Pull at the Indiana State Fair on Sunday, August 9.

Rossville, IL

The Champions Tour opens its weekend on Friday at Christman Park in Rossville, Illinois with the 9th annual Rossville Truck and Tractor Pull. The one-day event will showcase some of the highest quality of pulling available within the Midwest, as the Optima Batteries Super Modified 2WD Trucks, ARP Light Weight Super Stock Tractors and Super Farm Tractors battle for the top spot at Christman Park. Gates will open for the lone session of the event at 3 pm with the twin-track action slated to begin later in the afternoon at 6 pm. Tickets for the event are priced at $20 for pit passes and $10 for general admission, while children aged ten and under will be admitted for free. Christman Park is located at Stufflebeam Drive, Rossville, Illinois.

Indianapolis, IN

On Sunday, the Champions Tour heads to the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis, Indiana to host one of the biggest spectacles of the pulling season – the 2015 Lucas Oil Indy Super Pull, presented by Speedco. The highly-acclaimed competition is one of the largest and most exciting events that the PPL offers, as it’s the only pull of 2015 that features eight of the nine Champions Tour classes in one day of pulling. The first session of pulling, which begins at 1 pm, will showcase the E3 Sparkplugs Super Modified Tractors, iON Camera Unlimited Super Stock Tractors, Optima Batteries Super Modified 2WD Trucks and Super Farm Tractors; while the Mac Trailer Hot Rod Semi’s, Speedco Modified 4WD Trucks, ARP Light Weight Super Stock Tractors and Protect the Harvest Pro Stock Tractors will cap off an electrifying day of pulling in the final session at 7 pm.

Admission to the Indiana State Fair must be purchased separately along with a Super Pull ticket. Tickets for each session of pulling costs $5, with children aged six and under being admitted for free. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand.
