Smith, Best in the Field, Takes Advanced Yield Light Pro Stock Championship on Hart's Diesel Silver Series
Sellersburg, IN (November 14th, 2023) – The Advanced Yield Light Pro Stock Tractor class on the Hart's Diesel Silver Series of the Pro Pulling League featured a field of the best Light Pro competitors in the nation across ten sessions of competition in 2023.
Matt Smith, the 2023 class champion on the "Fast Forward" Ford from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, kicked off the season with first and second place points finishes at the Mackville Nationals in Mackville, Wisconsin. He continued that streak of excellence across the entire season, garnering no worse than a third place points finish in the remaining events. Second in points - and winner of the Advanced Yield Light Pro Shootout for 2023 - was Matt's trailermate Mark Smith and his 8700 Ford from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Third would go to the "Too Relentless" CaseIH tractor of Jim Meadows from Tollesboro, Kentucky.

Cory Atley, who farms around 8,000 acres of leased and family ground in Greene County Ohio, is known by many for his high yields and appearance in the reality show “Corn Warriors.” In addition to farming, he and his team at Advanced Yield work with dozens of farmers from Maryland to Kansas to coax more bushels from the ground every year.
