The Pressure is ON as Midwest Summer Nationals Begins Torture Test Week for Stars of PPL
Sellersburg, IN (July 22nd, 2024) – Tomorrow night, Tuesday July 23rd in Freeport, Illinois at the Midwest Summer Nationals begins a week of pressure-filled competition for Pro Pulling League Competitors with events nightly the entire week across the Midwest. The action in Freeport is a mix of Champions Tour, Hart's Diesel Silver Series, and Badger State Tractor Pullers sanctioning.
The Unlimited Super Stock Tractors presented by Powersport Parts Warehouse will vie for Champions Tour points; defending 2023 class champion Jeff Hirt and the "Runnin' Bare" CaseIH have the current points lead. Super Farm Tractors presented by ApexTurbo also hit the track with Champions Tour and Badger State points implications. Brad Wood and the "Thunderstruck" Deere hold the Champions Tour points lead entering Freeport while Josh Blackbourn and the "American Chaos" Deere are atop the Badger State Super Farm leaderboard. The Hart's Diesel Silver Series is represented by Pro Stock Diesel Trucks, also with Hart's Diesel title sponsorship. Cole Faber and his Chevy named "The Rumor" hold the early points lead in that class. A ground-pounding group of Badger State Pro Stock Tractors are also in attendance set to wow the crowds with the Jason Rauen/Andrew Vorwald duo sharing driving duties on the points-leading Deere 8360R.
Pull time at the Stephenson County Fairgrounds is 6pm CT; www.stephensoncofair.org is the source for more fair and pull information. Fans unable to make the trip can view the pull at www.ProPulling.tv.
